We operate on a sub-lease model, leasing residential properties, then sub-leasing the property with individual lodging agreements.
Consistent rental income is received by owners throughout the duration of the agreement, providing peace of mind to owners.
Maintenance, finding and managing residents, and routine inspections become the responsibility of Comodo Homes.
We manage standard Residential properties, Boarding Homes (approved prior to 2021*), Group Homes (permanent), and Co-living housing.
*The NSW Housing SEPP 2021 requires Boarding Houses approved post-2021 to be "managed by a registered community housing provider". We do not provide community housing services.
Our team currently operates throughout metropolitan Sydney, with plans to expand to Melbourne shortly.
